Pietro was really helpful. I felt well taken care of when I dropped off my car for a recall. I also really appreciated the drop off and pick up through Uber. It made the service much less of a hassle and not stressful. Normally I despise these types of appointments, but this time, it went really smoothly. My car was also returned and cleaned! In 2008 I got my first BMW at Maranello BMW. I have been a loyal client as they have always provided the best service, even during the hard Covid times.
