Maintenance service is very good But the wait time is a bit long. Preowned Sale manager is not respectful to customers however service department is better

Having visited two other car dealerships on the same day, there was certainly a noticeably different and unique experience walking into Maranello BMW. It was a very inviting and personable experience. The sales staff took the time to understand what I was looking for, building an ideal BMW, and recommending a demo vehicle that was already onsite that met almost every single one of my desired specifications. Their follow up was timely, as promised and not pushy. In less than 2 weeks, I had my very own BMW.
