"Red air bag light, yellow brake light" Robert from the BMW service department gave us excellent service ... the car had some problems that needed to be addressed, Robert kept us posted on the repairs and the costs. After all the repairs were completed Robert had the paper work ready for the car to be picked up. "Repairs for Wire Damage" My car had experienced damage to internally wiring due to mice. Robert Obront was my service advisor. In a word, he was superb. Kept me informed, sent me pictures, always knew where my car was, gave me tips for problem recurring and even offered his assistance if I experienced the same problem with my other cars. Truly outstanding service.
