"Red air bag light, yellow brake light" Robert from the BMW service department gave us excellent service ... the car had some problems that needed to be addressed, Robert kept us posted on the repairs and the costs. After all the repairs were completed Robert had the paper work ready for the car to be picked up. Robert is a very professional person and he will go out of his way to make the customer to feel comfortable. Thank you Annmarie
"Repairs for Wire Damage" My car had experienced damage to internally wiring due to mice. Robert Obront was my service advisor. In a word, he was superb. Kept me informed, sent me pictures, always knew where my car was, gave me tips for problem recurring and even offered his assistance if I experienced the same problem with my other cars. Truly outstanding service.

"Service" My appointment couldn't have gone smoother. Friendly staff and very efficient. Coffee and newspapers available while you wait in comfortable sitting areas. Sheena was very friendly and helpful.

"friendly and professional service" Lisa helped make what could of been a painful experience into more of a non event. At first the issue with my vehicle couldn't be found but after a conversation and follow up call from Lisa they dug deeper and found the problem. Although the car remained in the service department for some time I was kept informed on almost a daily basis and was given a courtesy car during the entire situation. disappointed that the vehicle had this issue but the service recovery was certainly at the level ... read more
