Marc and his team are amazing! They truly make the home-buying process simple and stress free. They maintained communication throughout the whole process and were able to answer all questions when needed. You guys are awesome. Everyone on staff is consistently professional and timely. Even our agent said "your lender has just moved to the top of my list" and thanked us for selecting First Home as the lender. In the last 18 months, I've personally dealt with three different mortgage brokers, by far, you and your staff are the absolute best.

Marc and his team worked with us to identify multiple options to meet our goals. Mark and his team were extremely easy to work with, and helped my wife and I get the best possible interest rate possible on our home. He even helped up refinance a year later, to lower it from 3.85% to 3.25% with nothing paid out of pocket and lowered our monthly payment by a few $100. I would highly recommend using him to anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance.

My wife and I were first time home buyers working without an agent, so we had even more questions about the whole process than usual. They were professional, incredibly responsive to our questions (even at weird hours), and made the loan process much less painful than it might otherwise have been.
