Marc came recommended to us from our realtor, and it's a recommendation I'll pass along here. Marc and his office were quick to answer our questions and helped us keep on top of all the paperwork. He offered us several, simple loan options that were clearly explained. No high-pressure tactics or "exotic" loans were pushed on us, just good solid service for a first-time home buyer.

I've worked with Marc on the purchase to two homes and one refinance over the years. He's always on top of the situation and has provided very competitive rates and excellent service. I've never been surprised by any last-minute changes or glitches -- always a smooth process.

Marc and his team are amazing. They are very responsive and take the time to explain any part of the process. They do everything in their power to give you the tools you need to feel confident and prepared to make your choices. I've used Marc Aymard for both first time home financing as well as refinancing. Took the stress right out of the process and took care of us from beginning through past closing. You couldn't be in better hands.

Marc is my mortgage broker! I have worked with him since 2004 to both purchase and refinance two homes. My current home was purchased with Marc's help in February 2014 and refinanced in December 2015. Marc is easy to talk to, a true professional, and provides options and advice you can use. I have recommended Marc to friends and family and will use him again if the need arises.

Marc and his team at First Home Mortgage are great and easy to work with. The process was done quickly and efficiently. Much easier than going through a big bank. We have refinanced several times, but never with the same company. If we ever refinance again, First Home Mortgage will be our only call. Thanks Marc and everyone that worked on our refinance.
