Marc and his team were amazing and a joy to work with, they made the refinancing of our home experience quick and seamless. They asked for everything upfront via a checklist, so there was no endless back and forth regarding what was needed and when it was needed. They did a great job communicating with us and letting us know where they were in the process. Both my wife and I highly recommend Marc and his team, truly professional people who know what they are doing and do not waste time.

Marc was recommended by a colleague of mine and it couldn't have been a better experience. We were referred to Marc by our financial advisor when his associated mortgage company were really pathetic in responding to a refi request. What abgreat referral. Marc and his team were super efficient, personable and got tye job done at such a good rate that it hasn't been worth us refinancing again since. I have since referred some of my friends to him and would not hesitate to do so again. When we are next in need of help Marc will be the one we go to again, without doubt!

Marc worked with us on 2 occasions. The first is when we applied for a loan for a home in North Carolina. He made the process simple and explained all details thoroughly. That was 2009. We used his services again in 2013 to give us direction on refinancing our loan. Again, his guidance to us was top notch. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a purchase or refinance.

I have worked with Marc and his team twice, first for our original mortgage and then to refinance. Both times they were knowledgeable, fast, professional and dependable. I would not choose or recommend anyone else.

This was the second house we bought and the third total loan (1 refinance) with Marc and his office. It's always been easy. Marc and his staff are timely, knowledgeable, nice, and fantastic to work with. I've never experienced a delay and my payment has always been lower when we sign than when we start.

We were first time home buyers and really didn't know what to expect. Marc was recommended to us by our realtor and we were so happy she made this recommendation.
