Dr S was completely dismissive after performing a procedure. After I came out of anesthesia, he did not bother to come in a private area to provide information or follow up, simply walked past me, as patients are told to sit in chairs in an open hallway, with other patients sitting directly next to me in chairs and said he would be in touch. Completely uncaring, unwilling to even stop or have a private conversation. And in fact, I did not hear from him or his office with the results. I have been very disappointed in my care from Dr Sonenshine. He seems dispassionate and and has barely engaged to diagnose my problems.

The staff was friendly and proficient. I was very disappointed in Dr Sonenshine. Worst physician/ patient encounter I have ever experienced. Based upon his portal communication he seems to be a very knowledgeable clinician . However, face to face I found him to be rude, condescending, non -compassionate , and non-communitive.( gave curt yes, no, I don’t know answers) . I found him very difficult to talk with. As a medical professional, I could not recommend him to friends or family.

The office staff is, professional. However, Dr. Soneshine’s assistant returns calls 1 time out of 4. Dr. Sonenshine is also professional and the first visit was to the point and solution-focused. He is very responsive to the portal in terms of time elapsed after sending a question. However, my perception is that the way he responds and in his overall demeanor after the first visit sacrifices too many other doctors-to-patient communication requirements due to his cold/single-focused approach, leaving the patient with little g... read more

Liked Dr Sonenshine a lot but his office left something to be desired they never returned my calls and it’s a long time to wait for results 7 to 10 days

This is only about Dr Soneshine not the entire practice- I have never had such a negative feeling after speaking with an adult in my adult life let alone an actual Physician before. I went to visit Marc B. Sonenshine on Tuesday morning and just to paint the picture there was literally one other person in the waiting room- ONE- and when I left there was also ONE other person in the waiting room so it's not like he was very busy. Not very nice. He put a condescending comment in my AGA record as well. I wonder sometimes why people become doctors (aside from the money).

Dr. Marc Sonenshein - very unsatisfied Waste of time and money I’m high risk for colonoscopy due to Cologurad exam and am Extremely unsatisfied with my today's visit. No explanation of why the suggested procedure is necessary, no explanation of the test results. No conversation or explanation of why additional or alternative treatments are possible or not. It seems that he wants to keep his patient's visit rates high and just have another patient for the procedures. Very expensive and a total waste of time. A doctor should b... read more

Doctor speaks with a very condescending tone and treats you like you aren't a concern of his. Acts like he has no time to see or listen to you and would rather do all the talking himself and jump to assumptions and conclusions. Everything felt rushed and doctor spent less then <3 minutes with me before conducting tests that office never followed up on and his assistant never responds to. Didn't explain anything well, no expectations set with next steps, etc Follow up appointments 1 month+ out
