From the first point of contact to the closing statement, Marc was on it. He was attentive and took care of each detail in this transaction to make it as seamless as possible. Marc did an incredible job during the COViD. It took longer to fund because of the virus. Marc kept us posted throughout the process. If I emailed him, he replied quickly. We wanted a specific rate and Marc jumped on it as soon as it was available. We were lucky to have locked when we did all because of Marc. The transaction was easy and his processor did a wonderful job. Escrow was timely and the lady that came to our house to sign was lovely. I would highly recommend Marc for any purchase or refi.

This is the second time that Mark worked with me on the refinance of my home... when I say "worked with me" I mean that Mark (and his team) fully involved me in the process. He was always available to answer my questions... even when he was away on family vacation, he remained available to me as needed, and had his competent team available as well. All transactions were streamlined and resulted in a timely completion.
