Marc and his team are wonderful! He helped us through our first home-buying experience and I'm sure we drove him nuts with all our questions. He always responded immediately and provided great guidance, which I always felt I could trust. We were working against a short closing time-frame and he was able to pull through, even during such a busy season. I always felt like his only client!

He got me a good deal on the refinance loan and was pretty responsive to my questions. There were a couple of mistakes made that I believe could have been avoided, but overall it was a good experience.

Marc gave us confidence needed to obtain mortgage to buy our first home. Although we had many obstacles, he gave us guidance and took time to teach us what needed to be done to obtain a mortgage in a very straight forward no nonsense manner. Words cannot express how thankful we are to Marc and all his staff at Residential Home Funding. Due to an error on our credit report from a previous home sale in 2012, Residential Home Funding stuck with us and followed through in helping us correct our report while securing us a mortgage on a new home purchase.
