This is the second time we've used Marc and Residential Home Funding. The first time was for a refinance and more recently for the purchase of a second home. Marc found us the best rate out there! He and his staff are courteous and pleasant to deal with. Overall it was a seamless experience. I would highly recommend using Marc Demetriou and Residential Home Funding.

My husband and I just refinanced our home with Residential Home Funding Corp 5/2015. Marc and his team were very professional, efficient and extremely diligent. All mortgage bankers should be like Marc Demetriou. He is extremely attentive and always on the ball. I emailed him several times in the evening and on weekends, and -- to my surprise -- he would always write back almost immediately.While originating my loan for a home in Morris Township, NJ, he told me on several occasions that I could relax knowing that my mortgage was in good hands. I refinanced with Marc and it was pretty quick and painless. Pretty much all done by phone and email. No need to go traveling to anybody's office. His staff is very nice, helpful, and patient. Already recommended him to a couple friends.

Marc helped me get a loan that was difficult to obtain given that I am self employed and don't receive a W-2. He was very attentive and evaluated all options. His operation is incredibly efficient and all his employees were diligent, knowledgeable and polite.
