my wife and I just wanted to say thank you to Marc for all the hard work he put in to make our home purchase happen. we are in and could not be happier. As a first-time homebuyer are things can be extremely nerve-racking especially when you have no idea about what is going on. Marc and his knowledgeable team handle things in a professional and swift manor, he and his team were easily reachable via telephone and email to answer all my questions. I couldn't have imagined a better person to help us by our first home, I would recommend to him to anyone in the market to buy a home or refinance.

I have conducted two re-financings with Marc Demetriou and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. Marc's staff is expertly fine tuned and all aspects of the process (both times) were seamless. Everyone is a competent, top-notch professional as well as personable and friendly. Marc was a consummate professional. He was extremely helpful for us in both providing information and making the transaction very easy. Any question we had was promptly answered. I especially liked that he made many of the forms available electronically. Not only did we get great service, but I do believe we got the best rate possible. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in a mortgage or refinance to go with Marc. Not only were his rates very reasonable, but his service was second to none.
