Marcell is the best! He walked me through every step, heads up about what's gonna happen the next, explained to me patiently when I had confusion, and reminded me of tasks when it's time sensitive. I honestly can't picture myself working with another lender. It would not have been smooth without him. Did I mention he's patient during the whole process yet? This is for Marcell Greenway. He has been patient with me through out this ordeal. He's always available for questions and understood the stress that i was going through The seller really didn't get all their stuff out and kind of made things inconvenientwith him going back and forth across the country. In the end Marcell was there to help me change the locksand guide me through the ordeal. He still guides me today. Ive already recommend him to my boss who will be selling his house next year.
