Marcus was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. He answered all of our questions and kept us (and the builder!) on track with when and how to provide required documents as well as helping us lock in our rate at just the right time! He was also willing to work around our work schedules and scheduled his availability around us.
Marcus was very professional and went out of his way to be accommodating.
