Marcus was wonderful about communicating with us - he nearly always answered his phone (even on his days off!), or he would call us right back if he happened to miss our call. We always felt confident that he would answer all of our questions along the way. Overall I expected someone explain the process and help me understand it step by step. This could help me to go smoother into this process. For example I did not know that rate will change in future (it is a daily update) and mine will be updated based on final closing date, but it is possible to lock the rate!
