Marcus was great at explaining whole process and checking in along the way. However changes to the loan underwriter and having to send documents multiple times was a little frustrating. Underwriters did not communicate with each other when transferring files and sometimes duplicate requests were made of the client. Also unclear why employment verification had to be done again after loan was already funded.
Marcus us very patient with my many questions during my first home buying process, Marcus is very prompt with his responses as well as kind and friendly makes the stressful experience pleasant
