The Team Loan Originator should make sure she knows what’s going on with the file before she speaks out of turn. Angela Ross told us we could schedule our closing before she checked to be certain the buyers signed the CD and that caused your clients not only to have to close on a different day but also drive an extra 40 miles out of their way to close because title office in Rockford was booked up. Very disappointing! I Felt bad for them!
