Automatic/electronic template-based responses are swell and consistent throughout the process.. but requests or questions we asked requiring a personal response were often unanswered.

Communication was rare and inaccurate. Both sellers agent and I learned he was giving false information to buyer about our actions. On 7/16/20 I received an email from Mario saying "Annette please take Marcy and Jon off and any marketing right away thank you Annette." I've received two emails since then.
