It's was a good experience, for trying to quit! I believe the class was a bit crowded and alot of people were coughing which was a distraction, considering your try to get into your thoughts! Not sure if it worked yet for the long term but haven't smoked in 5 hours! I have thought of smoking but I do believe it's just so habit forming it becomes a way of life and certain things you do trigger wanting to smoke, I will over come this nasty habit and be free from cigarettes for ever. I went to the stop smoking seminar last night. The speaker Larry was awesome. I have not smoked since 9:15 last night. I feel a little withdrawal symptoms but I am able to work through it.
