It works!!! As long as you put your mind to it!!! 5 star rating for me!!!!
Great instruction however it was too crowded. There were quite a few people that kept coughing that was very distracting. Mark encouraged participants to get a glass of water. (This was for a weight loss seminar).
First, don’t think mark Patrick will be the one doing the seminar—it was some other Mark when I went. Bad venue (noisy). Also they try to sell supplements and audio. Overall I do believe hypnosis will be helpful to me but they could improve this.
Very pleasant , positive experience. Too soon to comment on the effectiveness.
Honest straight forward and the program really works anyone who wants to stop smoking should give this a try all it takes is an open mind and a little willingness
