I went to this program almost 4 years ago to quit smoking, I never thought it would work since I had been a smoker since I was 12. I can honestly say i have been a nonsmoker since that day. I really don't even have the urge and have no problem being around other smokers. The program definitely works !

I went to the Queensbury NY one last week. Well worth the money! I have tried to quit for so long. I have not smoked since, in fact, the smell of cigarettes makes me feel a little nauseous. Highly recommend if you are ready to quit!!!
I did this for the first time today and Jeff was awesome!! I couldn't believe I was under for over 30 min when it felt like 10. I loved the education, learning how metabolisms really work and how to fix them. then after the hypnosis I felt more relaxed than I ever have! very very happy with my experience.

Wonderful experience! It's my 2nd time and I would recommend to anyone with even an inkling of wanting to stop smoking! Even if your sceptical about hypnosis....give it a go! You won't regret it!
