Day 3.....So Far All Is Good!! I attended both the weight management and smoking cessation program. Pat, The presenter, whom I found informative, effective, entertaining and he included great resources. During the hypnotism, I actually felt quite relaxed. Learned how everything impacts us chemically and physically. I’m feeling a positive attitude on day three and looking forward to the future days as a non-smoker. Thank You!!! Highly recommend these seminars for those of you trying to turn things around.

Mark's presentation was informative and humorous. He did a wonderful job I am excited about starting my healthy weight loss journey. I am going to be retiring at the end of March, I want to enjoy my retirement in good health. Tonight will help me to start this journey. In the past, I was a Weight Watchers leader for 26 years. If you want to quit smoking this is the seminar to do it. It works! And IF by some slim chance it doesn't or you mess up, you have a year to go again free of charge. For $50 it is sooo worth it. Two other friends came with me and we're all smoke free coming up on 6 months. I have 3 more friends that want to go now! 👍👍👍
