Norm was amazing! Very thankful for a successful step towards a healthier life! After 20 years of smoking it was great to finally be able to know I am a nonsmoker. Great program that tackles smoking from multiple angles not just the nicotine. It tackles the whole bad habit! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to stop smoking!
The semis was was interesting and fast Paced. Didn’t seem to take long at all. I have been smoke free for 6 days now, and living it!

I went to the seminar at the Homewood suites in DuBois Pa. It was very informative. The hypnotist was fun. He made us all feel comfortable as he talked to us about the homework we needed to do, lol, to really make the whole seminar work for us. I was very surprised at how effective hypnosis really is!! I found myself mentally reminding myself of the things he told us under hypnosis, I actually sat back chuckled and stated to my friend “this may actually work for me”! Thank you!!!
I went to his no smoking on the 25th of September and went through this program and it is now the 2nd of October and I have not wanted a cigarette and have not smoked and i was a smoker for over 30 yearsI
