Went to the weight loss seminar on February 21 in Madison, WI. It was very informative and he made it fun. He talked about taking supplements to help the weight go off quicker and then sold them that night. He didn’t push them on you and if you did want any he worked with what you could afford. I’m not 100% sure the hypnosis worked but the seminar helped me to want to get started immediately.

I went to his weight loss seminar in Sioux City Iowa 2 weeks ago and learned so much! I also haven’t had s soda since then, I don’t even want one but I sure love water! No pressure on buying vitamins or anything just a lot of good info! I highly recommend his seminar!

I attended the weightloss seminar and found it very helpful I left feeling more in control of my eating. I've also noticed that I can eat less and feel satisfied. I'm not so focused on food all the time now. I couldn't afford the vitamins that day but plan on ordering some soon. My husband also came with me and is doing this with me and he has found it helpful as well. Thank you Mark Patrick, your a life saver

Just attended the weight loss seminar today hosted by Pat. It was very informative, well presented, and included great resources. I really enjoyed the hypnotism, I actually found it quite relaxing! There is a lot said about the benefits of specific types of supplements which aid in weight loss, and they were available for sale at considerable discounts, though there was no hard sell. My goal is to lose 15 pounds in 2 1/2 months... so we’ll see. If I can turn away sugary snacks... then it’s a win!

The overall seminar it was interesting..not sure how i feel about it yet..tried a cig at 6 am just to see...Tast3d like metal and dirt..(i used a slug to visualize they live in dirt and stick to metal..lol

I attended the stop smoking seminar a few weeks ago in Lexington, KY. I've been a non-smoker ever since. After 17 years, cigarettes no longer control my life. Thank you Mark
