University Village is a wonderful place to live in! Management never returns calls or replies to emails, so you'll become resilient towards unsatisfactory customer service. An excellent skill to develop. UV also helped me deal with my fear of cockroaches and other beasts. Thankfully, it took three months of asking for someone to come by to spay pesticide after numerous requests. I am so LIVID, right now...here is why. This is the complex in Statesboro, GA. University Village at Southern across the street from the hospital. I use to live there with my family (Husband and Brother in Law). I hope your damn happy Lynn (the manager of the complex). I would like some feedback on how you guys would react to this. Do not sign any leases before you see REAL room. The pest control cost just one minute, which does not help at all and even worsen the pest problem. Do not go to office front desk asking for help, because they're not gonna help you. All they know is saying fancy words but not doing it at all. One star rating is even more than what I'm willing to give them, I hope I can rate them ZERO star!

Huai, thanks for your review. Please understand that we place you in the floor plan in which you select. If you signed a lease for a standard apartment, you were placed in a standard apartment. There are no additional costs for pest control as they come out each and every Tuesday. When you have problems, the office staff is the best source to help find solutions for your issues. This place is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Seems to incapable of making sure that residents have all of their information on time. When I first emailed to find out why we hadn't received our information, I was told that it would be sent out 30 days prior. More than 30 days later, I emailed again and was told that they would not send out the letters until that weekend. A week later and NO INFORMATION. It is now 3 days until rent is due and the workers continue to lie about when the information will be sent. The s... read more
