This is by far one of the worst places to live. I have had problem upon problem living here and will be beyond happy when I move out. To begin with when I first moved in I signed a 6 month lease, however I was then told when I required about the move out date that I had signed an 18 MONTH LEASE, I was furious. I was told I renewed my lease when I signed my first lease which makes zero sense. Since then I’ve had problems with a leaky air unit that has never been effectively fixed. I am a former resident of Market 100. Since moving there I was satisfied enough because the cost was relatively low and I am not particularly demanding on what I want and need. After move out though a couple of issues popped up. I usually do not write reviews but when I do it usually mean something is very good or something is very bad and for this case its the latter. I honestly don't know which is worse. The management or the WiFi, neither are dependable to get the job done. It was much better under University Village management, Ms. Lynn and Wallace. They were friendly and welcoming. Meredith and Abby/Allie (whatever) have to be the rudest people I have ever come into contact with working customer service. Management definitely doesn't care about their residents. When I signed the lease they claimed the rooms were "premium". The demo apartment they showed me looked great but once I moved in into the apartment, the A/C wasn't working. I asked one of my roommates how long the A/C had been broken and she said more than a week. Smoke detectors were broken and furniture was so old, ceiling fans made a noise as if they was about to fall from the ceiling. I requested to be changed and they did. stay away. front office became very shady. my rent price after renewing was changed without me knowing. will try to falsely charge you after moving then tell you you can only dispute it through email and never respond to your emails. worse complex in statesboro.

Too many fines and rude staff. Was not pleased and wouldn't recommend at all. Roach infested and had mold they wouldn't do anything about
