Nope!!! Would not recommend to stay here!!!!!! Management is not that great, you move in with damaged furniture. The actual apartment that you move in looks nothing like the display- so don’t get your hopes up. They charge crazy FEE’s during move out, it’s almost like they searched for things to charge you for! Plus, the apartments are not at all updated and the pool was closed for almost the whole summer.
Fire everyone, raze the complex, build a dump, wait 500 years, build a graveyard, wait 10,000 years, and then build a football stadium on top of the grounds

They do not care about people, they act like they do but that is just a front, I am sub leasing my room and they said they won't help unless they have no other rooms available, I moved out already and I already paid for the month that I am not staying there because they made me, since nobody is living there currently but a lot of people called up there for a room, since I talked to some, and I in fact called market 100 about if they had some call, and they said yes they did, but they aren't helping. I just recently moved out and had a horrible experience at market 100. I had horrible roommates that had four dogs that used the living room as their restroom. Their dogs including the ones that weren’t being paid for, were rowdy and bit us and made the carpet smell like pee. The management is now trying to charge everyone in the apartment that had dogs even though my one dog stayed in my room and was potty trained anyway. I wouldn't recommend this place to live bcz this is the worst place i hv ever seen. management are too much rude, they always fine their residents without any reason. maintenance stuff are slow and this place is fully garbage. so guys be careful to take a lease with "market 100" 100 Bermuda run, Statesboro GA.

I wouldn’t recommend living here. I lived here for a year and management was really bad. We put in tons of work orders and that’s what it took for people to come and fix things and they didn’t even really fix anything. There were always bugs even if we cleaned all the time. The manager was super rude and they charge you for things that were already wrong.

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a billion times: THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE! The staff is rude, maintenance is slow, apartments are literal trash, and the complex in general is just not nice. The prices were cheap, which is why I leased, but I signed elsewhere and left this dump behind. I genuinely hated living here and so did my roommates. Don’t let the model home fool you! Don’t be fooled by the model unit, this apartment is actual trash. Move-in day was a nightmare. All I did the first week I was here was clean. The kitchen was greasy and gross, the counters are stained, the kitchen faucet leaks, and a 1 year old wearing oven mitts probably cleans dishes better than the dishwasher. Then my roommate had a broken window with a spider the size of a quarter j chillin there.
