This was our first home purchase, and it was actually an extremely smooth process! Marla and hear team are super easy to talk to and get a hold of with any questions we had, and prepared us ahead of time for things that might happen during closing so that they were never an issue. The online document transfers and electronic signing were also a huge plus since and saved a lot of time, especially since we out of state.
