Consistent communication is important and we definitely received that. Everything was always explained as we didn’t understand several forms.
Marshall was great, very pleasant explained things well. Some of the hops I had to jump through were crazy. If a person is going to finance through PRMI then treat them like they are Responsible people, especially if they have over an 800 credit score. I hear you have to treat everyone equally. My answer to that is BS. Not all people are equal. Treat us in the way we deserve.
