He and his staff were consistently keeping me informed on what was needed and the means of obtaining information required to insure my loan needs were met. He followed up by notifying me when he received the documents and the time needed to verify and complete the process.
Marshall and his team made the refi process very easy and stress free. He was always available to us, day or night, for any questions and always kept us in the loop through the entire process. Very empathetic and truly cared. Would definitely call him and use his team again and highly recommend them!
