The team was very quick to make demands but would not answer direct questions regarding timing and requirements. In addition, they did not seem to trust that we would get the necessary items completed and inundated us with phone calls and emails despite our assurances that the items were being completed. This led to frustration and unnecessary pressure on our part.

We thought we would get a better then what we locked at. In prior loans, we were always asked if ok to lock the rate, In this experience the rate was locked before we were notified. rates went down the day after the rate was locked. \nThe processor seemed more interested in making our loan process easier for them as opposed to us (the customer)\nie Asking us to drive all the way to Glendale to sign final loan documents instead if letting us sign them with all the title company paperwork.

The title company was going to charge us Notary Fees for our Daughters signature!!! She told them she was pissed n she would come there, and, they said they had already charged our closing fees for it! She told them they better take that amount off!!! You are helping them make illegal transactions!!!
