We received great service for the time that my dad was there. They would call in a timely manner when he needed outside care. They worked hard to accommodate us as we transitioned him from another facility.

This place is great snacks and coffee for any visitor.The staff is always smiling and seem to love they’re job.the residents seem to empty thier plates and looked to be in good spirits.just in a whole seems to be a great place

We visited this facility and talked to the marketing director who was extremely helpful and showed us around. It is a nice, clean facility with good meals and activities for the residents. The staff are very caring and helpful when there’s a health need. My Mom likes the other residents and has fit right in!

It is a little smaller - mom will do better with that - and she already seems to like it - everyone is friendly - the other residents appear to really like being there also - they also show care for mom's specific needs. We felt Martin Crest had more of the strengths we wanted for mom.

As soon as you walk in you it feels like home. The inside is beautiful, the apartments are nice and can be a nice place to call home. They have plenty of activities to keep the residents busy. All the staff seemed polite.

My Dad needed respite care after having a stroke. Martin Crest was the perfect choice. Dad was anxious about staying in an assisted living, but the staff and residents made him feel right at home. The care he received at Martin Crest was amazing. The care staff always made sure he was comfortable and had what he needed. Dad still talks about how he enjoyed drinking his coffee in the courtyard watching the birds. I have been in this facility for about 6 months now and love it! There residents are all very special to me and the staff is fantastic the culture here is very inviting yet maintains a very professional attitude. The entire facility is clean and well maintained I would recommend Martin Crest to my loved ones for sure!

Doing some research for my family and found Martin Crest to have the best overall community. I want to make sure my parents will be well fed and kept occupied with a lot of activities with like minded seniors. The calendar was full of daily games, visiting musicians, bible study and some short road trips around town. And, the food smelled great! All of the residents walking around seemed happy.
