My family and loved one have had a great experience. They provide a nice balance of care and lovely surroundings. The staff are helpful, caring, and attentive. Everyone is friendly. There are activities and meals provided to the residents to assist with socialization. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

My parents were moved to Martin Crest from another facility in January. I can not say enough positive things about Martin Crest. The staff is caring, compassionate, and very friendly. The food is exceptional and they have many activities to keep the residents busy. My father recently passed away and the support the nurses, staff and care givers provided during this time felt like family. Martin Crest is a wonderful and caring facility!

It is a nice community but there could be some improvements - the meals are always almost served cold so the dining service could be a little better. We do not really see any activities geared towards men and we have had some troubles with the medication management .

My loved one has had a good experience with Martin Crest Assisted Living and Memory Care so far. The staff at Martin Crest have been terrific and very attentive to my mother.

I think what sticks out to us most is the environment. Since it is a smaller facility with less residents it has a very low stress/laid back feeling which is important. Everyone here has been extremely friendly. My loved one has a very large room and they do have a variety of different sizes that you are able to choose from based on your needs. I would recommend Martin Crest to others looking.

I looked at a lot of other places and we chose Martin Crest because the facility itself is very pretty, very clean, and they take great care of my mom here. She has a veryy nice apartment and she really likes the food here. They were recently bought out and the staff has changed a lot, I do not think they are as responsive as the older group was. They have only had 1 case of COVID since March so that has been great, but now to get into the facility I have to go through COVID training to get in to see my mom. I have called 3 ... read more

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mother. The staff here is very nice and while I was here they seemed to treat all of the residents with respect. The marketing director who gave us the tour was friendly and answered all of the questions I had. However, I just didn’t get a good vibe from this community and it was too large for my mom. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Everything on my wish list this community met. I am so pleased that we found this community. I feel extremely confident in the level of care that both my parents are getting here. They are happy they are enjoying the activities and all the social events they can attend. They love the food and so don't the other residents there as well. The staff is wonderful I consider them as part of my extended family. I would recommend this community hands down.

My mother is doing great. They have a large variety of activities, and they take good care of her. I am a little disappointed in the meals. They seem to serve the same things all of the time. For breakfast, thy always have something with egg. I don't think it is good to eat eggs every day. Other than that, I would recommend this community, it has been a good experience so far.
