Martin is very knowledgeable about the home refinancing process, but he is very good about explaining everything involved in a clear and concise method. Martin kept me informed on how the refinancing was going at all times. When an appraisal came in with an extremely low value Martin took charge and made sure that a new appraisal was ordered at Guaranteed Rate’s expense. I am extremely happy with Martin’s service and highly recommend him to anyone.

I absolutely LOVED working with Martin. You will not find anyone who works harder for you. He’s quick to respond, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us purchase our first home much sooner than we financially thought (turns out we knew very little about the whole process). Thankfully Martin was there to guide us through till closing. Overall, he's just lovely human. I would use him for again except I love my house and never want to move!

As a first-time home owner, Martin made a complicated process seem easy. He took the time to answer my questions, understand my challenges and provide the best recommendation for my situation. In addition, his communication throughout the process was outstanding, I never felt that I wasn’t aware of what was going on or concerned I wasn’t informed. Martin is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job of breaking down the process and loan jargon to make it easily digestible by the average home buyer. He does a great job of advocating for his customers as well and is not afraid to step in to bridge communication gaps to make sure there are no roadblocks to a smooth and on-time closing. I spoke with Martin late in the house buying process as I was already 95% finished with another lender. Thankfully he caught me before it was too late because he not only saved me 0.175% comparatively but he also got us an additional 75,000 Sapphire rewards points ($1,125 because I'll use it on travel) and a $500 bonus for setting up auto-pay since Chase was holding the loan.
