Marty and the team were absolutely amazing! Marcelino and I had such a smooth transaction from beginning to finish. Marty was up front and honest about everything and that made things very helpful! We are grateful to work with such an amazing team, and we did receive a housewarming gift that was personalized for us so thank you so much for this as well!

I got a much better rate than the going rate at the time by getting a combination VA and MFA loan. Marty and his team were extremely responsive to my questions. There were definitely some communication issues (needing to send the same doc multiple times, making assumptions about HOA difficulties that added stress, and other issues) but I would use them again.

I’m glad to have worked with such a good lender. They made sure I was happy with my first home purchase, I found my home and closed in only 41 days. Also thanks for the housewarming gift , amazing work!! My loan closed on Valentine’s Day, I’m so happy to work with such a professional and honest team.
