Marty made the lending process incredibly easy and fast for me. I work in film, which can sometimes complicate things. And I was purchasing a rural property with a quick closing date. All things that most lenders sometimes have issues with. But he made it super easy and he even allowed me to close in a shorter period. I couldn't have been in better hands. The best lender I've ever used. And I'll certainly be recommending him to my friends and family!
