RecommendedI have been aware of Marty’s reputation for a few years but this is the first time I’ve actually been able to take a vehicle there. I am very pleased with the service pricing and will definitely be taking each vehicle there for future needs. Honesty and integrity are the most important things in dealing with anybody in business. Marty’s auto Works fits the bill for me
I have been using Marty’s for several years now and am always pleased with the service and how they go above and beyond, they never try to up sell any unnecessary services. Most recently my truck was there three times for the same issue and Marty himself called me and wanted to make sure it was repaired properly. My truck is a bit of headache to work on with the DEF system but they figured out the problem and made sure it was repaired correctly before they returned it to me!
I went in the have them check my seats in the back of my explorer because they were not working properly. They took the time to look at it and explain fully what the problem was. I highly recommend this business and will be going there for any car issues. They were friendly, professional and thorough.
My wife and I needed to make a decision on getting our old 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer fixed after we had what we thought was radiator problems. Marty's was really easy to communicate with and never over promised just to get some money out of us for the repair. They gave us time to make a decision. In the end, we got the car fixed. Always a great experience. had multiple issues going on with my vehicle. The technicians at Martys easily pinpointed and fixed all of them and it only took about a day for a considerable amount of work. definitely the go to location for auto repairs in the Longwood Area.
I have only been going to Marty's for a short while, but I have been pleased with the service, and the fact that they don't try to up-sell me on things that my car simply does not need. They are certainly gaining my trust as a customer. Staff always friendly.

After spending $90 on a “diagnosis” for my daughter’s 05 Mercedes from Pep Boys ...which by the way recommend that I spend another $300 because they couldn’t diagnose it properly... A friend recommended that I take it to Marty’s. Diagnostic was free and it was fixed the same day for only $288 labor parts and tax included.
Their service level is great, my window works perfectly. This was my third trip to Marty's. I will be back as needed
