I’ve used Mary twice in the last 2 years. There is a reason for this. She is by far the most knowledgeable and professional mortgage broker on the west coast of Florida. Mary and her team were amazing to work with during our house buying experience! They were communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the process flow smoothly for my husband and I. Mary Catherine and Waterstone provided a seamless financing experience for a second home in the St Pete area. Initial consultation was very helpful in selecting the most appropriate mortgage product given fast-changing regulations. Rate selection was also well-managed in a volatile interest rate environment. And finally, the remote closing process was efficient and convenient given we are based in a different state than our second home. I don’t know that I can say enough good things about working with Mary! She took the time to answer every single question I had (even working with me on weekends as my work schedule can be weird). I told her a monthly payment I wanted to stay under and she was able to give me a breakdown at multiple price points to know what I could comfortably afford. My realtor raved about her as well!
