I would highly recommend Maryam, she went above and beyond in helping us sell our rental property. It was very important to us to have someone with experience in rental property sales. Maryam was wonderful in dealing with our tenants to ordinate showings etc. She also handled renting one of our units and did it quick and easy. Maryam did everything she told us she would do in handling our sale.
