During our search process she was very diligent in not choosing homes we wouldn't be interested in. Also she planned multiple visits on each day. Maryam was a key element for obtaining the property at 432 Southside Ave, Haledon. After my offer was turned down, and in contact with another buyer, she continued keeping me posted about it. As soon as that deal didn't get through, she negotiated for me on the original price I desired to pay, using all the information I gave her previously, she purchased the house for me. She did it all by herself.

This was our first time buying a house, and Maryam made it every easy for us. My husband and I were in the market for quiet a long time and after many unsuccessful open houses, we met Maryam through a family member. We starting house hunting June 2017. Clueless and nervous about the whole process Maryam made us feel comfortable all the time.
