If I was to begin telling you the way we meet, we might be here all day. She was amazing right from the beginning. Her dedication, knowledge, and negotiating skills was incredible. She was very informative and detailed in keeping us up to date with the entire process from the beginning to the end. I would defiantly recommend her again and i am very looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Excellent service and professionalism by Maryam she was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. Just the type of person you need when looking for your first home. Her attention to details and knowledge help us a lot , It was Great that she also speaks Spanish I would definitely recommend.

First time buyers and after unsuccessful experiences with other brokers our loan company referred us to Rand Realty. The first moment we spoke with her she made us feel like we were making a good choice by working with her. She promised to help us find our new home before our wedding which was about 5 months away.
