I loved this place for years & had services multiple times per month. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we all thought it would be over quickly, so I decided to temporarily keep paying my monthly fee and accrue services. I literally was doing this to help them not go out of business, which I told them over the phone. I think this is way above & beyond for a customer to do something like that.
