Worst experience ever. Should be a time of great relaxation. Got a migraine after dealing with the people at massage envy. And we booked our appointment six days ago and scheduled for 3 o’clock only to find out our appointment was booked on the wrong time and the person that took her information down did not take our telephone numbers down correctly. Massage envy was not able to contact us because of the wrong telephone numbers and we missed our appointment time because it was scheduled earlier than what we were told.Talked ... read more

The absolute WORST costumer service I have ever received!!!! My mother and I booked two massages for today and were booked for the wrong time and the phone numbers were entered incorrectly. I have been many times to massage envy, so for my number to be incorrect makes no sense other than the girl offered a spot not available and then changed the numbers. Well let me start out by saying my massage was amazing. The problem started after the massage at the front desk, I will not be going back and i also would like to let everyone know not to buy a gift card from them. I had received a gift for 2 1hour massages and after my second massage I was informed that because im not a member i had a balance due but if i signed up for the membership they would take care of my massage today and the rest of my gift card could be applied to my monthly payment. Worst experience ever! Will never return! Will no longer buy gift cards there for gifts either! Manager has not even contacted me about the experience either.
