Very pleasant experience Masters Flooring Co. installed kitchen tile and hardwood flooring in our home a few years back and just carpeted four bedrooms last year. Really Professional and Really Efficient! I bought some flooring from Masters Flooring and it was a fine experience. They were very cooperative and gave me all the instructions I needed to pick everything up from a warehouse. They did whatever I thought a retailer was supposed to do!
After an ugly insurance claim we needed new floors. We had a lot of anxiety about picking the right floor. It is a big investment and we didn't want to make a mistake. The entire team at Masters Flooring walked us through our options and laid out the pros and cons for each. The installers were great and the finished product is better than i could have expected. Good Experience. We had a good experience with Masters Flooring. We moved to our house about three years ago. We used Masters for the first time because the previous owners had used them, and we wanted the wood to match. Their staff was cordial, did a good job on the installation, and cleaned well after. They have since installed flooring in two more bedrooms and the hallway upstairs. I would recommend them.
Awesome job. Masters Flooring did a great job. They came out and gave me an estimate on the house. Because there were so many stairs, they gave me a discount. I had another bid, and they respectfully came in and matched that price. They came in, moved all my furniture, did all the padding and carpet, and put the furniture back. They were awesome, and I'd highly recommend them.
