Had a rough start. It took them three times to get the finish right but in the end all worked. I would recommend them to others because even though they did not get the floor right the first time they did not quit nor did they not show up again. They did it until it was done correctly. We were matching an existing floor which was difficult to begin with!
Outstanding Job Overall My wife and I needed new carpet before our first child was born. Michele Bigelow and the Masters Flooring team did an outstanding job and making sure we got the carpet we needed, at an affordable price and installed when we needed it. The sales service was great and the installation team was very professional. I would use them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.
