Quote for my roof was three times more than my other 8 quote’s!!! All of the companies i have considered are certified in their field. And I do extensive research on my project and materials. FYI my average quote was 8,000 masters was over 23,000
Extremely unprofessional Company, all they want to do is scam you, stay away from them. Their quote was double any other quote I recieved. Also wont return any phone calls when they know they're in the wrong.
Don't require both homeowners to be home for the estimate. It's not 1950, believe it or not, a woman can make an educated decision without her husband.
Steer clear, they setup appointments and insist you should be there, then cancel last minute if they decide your job might not be worth their time. Find another company who will not waste your time.
Be very careful. Make sure you get everything in writing and if you would incur any damage that they would fix it within one week. Don't take any money for it will cost you twice as much to find someone to do the work.

I order windows in May. They installed some end of July. Had to reorder 2 because they were measured wrong. 2 sashes had to be replaced due to finger prints on inside panes. Got the other 2 windows and installers weren't told about bringing my replacement sashes that were in. No communication with each other in the company. Brought new sashes in and then I found 2 more sashes that had finger prints on the inside pane. They brought me 2 more new sashes. Well guess what the 2 new sashes were bad. i am so amazed that I have written several times about this company on this site and every time it has been deleted. I would like to share my experience again. Last weekend my husband and I went to The Home Show in Philadelphia. We are doing siding at our home and wanted to get information from companies. An appointment was set for Tuesday at 6 pm with Masters Home Solutions. No one from the company made an appearance or had the consideration of calling to cancel or reschedule.
