WARNING: Dealing with a situation currently where they took a deposit ($9438.50) from an elderly women suffering from dementia (friend of the family). She decided not to get the work done but they refuse to return her money. Doesn't seem like they have any intention in doing the right thing. Will update here as this situation unfolds.
Before you enter a contract with this company go to Yelp and read the reviews. It’s the only place they haven’t put up fake reviews to cover up and drowned out the bad ones. Price gouging is the only way they are able to keep up with their immense overhead. Get three quotes your bank account will thank you!

I know this because I was personally asked by a former employee to give a fake 5 star review because that was what he was required to do. These guys are Masters at price gouging. The salespeople have been trained to maximize the sale. Even the salesguys are not happy about what they are required to do by the owner Richard Hinkle, yes the guy who went to jail for money laundering. Do your research and you will see.
Having a very difficult time with follow up for 2 issues with our install. Our issue will be addressed on the phone and in person, but not fixed and then crickets for weeks until we contact again. This has been happening since our install in January. My intent is not to bash them on this forum, but we need some progress here. Just wondering how y’all sleep at night knowing you can’t provide quality work? 14k for a new stand up shower, you’d think you’d measure correctly.
