This company is a giant fraud. They go door to door trying to push their services on you and don’t take no for an answer. They prey on the elderly. My elder parents were unfortunately conned into using this terrible company to replace their old bathtub with a new walk-in shower option. Obviously the company noticed that the bathtub was curved and didn’t bother to mention that the option that they were replacing it with was not curved. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication with this company. It took me telling them TWICE that my dad fell because of the way they left a HOLE in my parents floor and my dads Walker got caught in it. Second time I called infuriated, they FINALLY realized they might wanna do something. They never told my parents their floor would have a whole in it. Our experience with Masters started on 4/24/21 with our free estimate. The person who came out was polite and friendly. The first quote he gave us was absolutely ridiculous. It was over 3xs what it should have cost to replace our roof. When we said that we couldn't afford that, he was suddenly on the phone with his manager to give us a $5000 discount if we signed the contract that day. I am so extremely disappointed in the customer service I received regarding a no show to my scheduled appointment for Saturday March 27. I understand that the issue has passed but maybe this email will help your lines of communication in the future because someone is not passing along voicemails appropriately. I received a confirmation email on March 20th with my appointment information to which I responded to on Saturday, March 27th at 2:58pm stating "Hi. No one showed up for my appointment." Well back in October I posted regarding some extremely poor customer service with our new roof that was installed in February 2020.... the leak that we reported several times that finally resulted in water pouring in our family room is STILL NOT FIXED ... Horrible people!! Stay away, unless you want to get scammed !
They spend over 2 hours at my house telling me (with a supervisor on the phone) how they would be able to replace my siding and my roof. They were scheduled to come out again another day to review everything. Called TWO hours prior to when they were to come out again to CANCEL and say “sorry we aren’t capable of doing what you need done!What??? You can’t do siding and roofing??
