Matt’s team is extremely knowledgeable, professional and timely, while making effort to explain the loan process and answer any questions we had. Our lender unfortunately supplied an outdated tax form which delayed our closing by a week, but Matt ironed out the details and ensured that the process went as smoothly as possible. We were happy we went with Northwestern Home Loans.

Matt and team make a tedious process,, can I say, FUN? I have never had a mortgage experience where I get regular video updates from the team helping me out. There were even some weird lender requirements that I did not know how to solve for and they did the legwork saving me a TON of time. He switched up to a more difficult lender late in the game to get me a better rate too!
