The service to the car was good, basic oil change and 27 point inspection. However it should not have taken 3 hours to complete. I had a 1:00 appt and did not get out of there until almost 4:00. No communication from the girls at the front desk except when the air filter I needed was delivered wrong twice. Also, the foul language used between the workers really needs to be toned down because the customers don't need to hear it.

My husband didn't like the mess of oil they left on the engine

They input the wrong date and mileage which messed up my car fax all together
