The service to the car was good, basic oil change and 27 point inspection. However it should not have taken 3 hours to complete. I had a 1:00 appt and did not get out of there until almost 4:00. No communication from the girls at the front desk except when the air filter I needed was delivered wrong twice. Also, the foul language used between the workers really needs to be toned down because the customers don't need to hear it.
